Our Space
We want you to feel at home, without working from home! Retreat to our sun-soaked space quietly buzzing with creative energy, thoughtfully designed with beautiful vignettes for work and collaboration, and happily inhabited by women putting beauty into the world. Find serene niches to settle in, friendships with local go-getters to be made, professional networks to grow, and quiet nooks to meet with clients. We also offer a limited number of small private studios.

COME TO WORK.
Orchard House offers a variety of spaces to work: a lounge with cozy couches, community tables for deep concentration, and private lockable studios for a more permanent setup. You can pop into our phone booths for calls or sit down with clients in our tucked-away meeting spot.
STAY AND PLAY.
The lounge and kitchen (with free coffee and sparkling drinks all day!) provide the perfect atmosphere for making friends and networking with local professionals. Rent the space for your own event, or join us for the occasional professional development event.

Private Office Membership
Standard Office (100 square feet)
$475 per month — 1 year commitment
$525 per month — 6 month commitment
Double Office (200 square feet)
$1000 per month — 1 year commitment

Private Office Members get a private, lockable all to themselves, plus all our general co-working amenities: 24/7 access to a beautiful communal workspace and lounge area, free parking onsite, a kitchen with free coffee and sparkling drinks all day, two phone booths, high-speed WiFi, a printer, and a highly discounted event rental rate. Private offices can be shared with a friend for an additional $50 per month.
Unlimited Co-Working Membership
$150 per month — Month-to-month commitment
Unlimited Co-Working Members enjoy 24/7 access to a beautiful communal workspace and lounge area, free parking onsite, a kitchen with free coffee and sparkling drinks all day, two phone booths, high-speed WiFi, a printer, and a discounted event rental rate.
Occasional Co-Working Membership
$50 per month — 5 visits per month
Occasional members can work from Orchard House up to 5 times per month—weekends or weekdays, days or nights! Enjoy our beautiful communal workspace and lounge area, free parking onsite, a kitchen with unlimited free coffee and sparkling drinks, two phone booths, high-speed WiFi, and a printer.
Please note: unused Occasional Co-Working Membership visits expire after one month!
Day Pass
$12.50 per day
Day Pass holders can work from Orchard House on weekdays from 7 AM to 7 PM (no reservation required) to enjoy beautiful communal workspace and lounge area, free parking onsite, a kitchen with free coffee and sparkling drinks all day, two phone booths, high-speed WiFi, and a printer.
Event Rental
Need a space to rent for your upcoming office party, workshop, brand shoot, or meet-up? Orchard House can be rented by the hour for small and mid-size gatherings of any kind! Grab the space weekdays after 4:30 PM or anytime on Saturdays and Sundays.
Booking is simple. Reserve our self-serve space for $125 an hour, arrange our furniture however you’d like, bring food or drinks to serve, and invite your guests!
